I’m new to scorpions, I have a lot of tarantulas but this is my first scorpion. All the vendor told me was that it’s an Asian forest they didn’t say specifics. What is it doing, is this normal? I’m currently trying to warm the room more with my space heater in case it’s temp related (my room is in the 70’s right now)

it flipped back up right a few minutes later once my room hit a few higher degrees in temp…still curious though if that’s why it was doing that or what

I really do not have an answer, my experience with odd behaviors in scorpions is very limited. But I was wondering if there is any update on this one?

Was the legs moving when it was upside down? did it eat before this happened? no visible injuries?

It’s doing perfectly fine and hasn’t done it again since…strange! I know tarantulas are super weird and just do weird things sometimes so I thought maybe scorpions might be the same but I wanted to post to make sure nothing was wrong. I still have to learn their different quirks which takes experience more than research sometimes I feel. So you’ve never experienced that?

It looks like it accidentally wedged itself in that position.
