You are very lucky to be able to find such creatures in your locality.
The spider is almost certainly an Avicularia of some description. Avicularia avicularia (the Common Pink Toe) is very adept at living alongside man in harmony - you might find them in gardens, oh roof edges, webbing from street signs and so on. :)

De nada. bueno La rason que creo que es un male is because usally males wander to find females and females stay on their tube webs in tree and things like that. Its ok if you have a male they're really nice. I have a male he's nice. que tengas un buen dia
