This is a aphonopelma chalcodes(desert blond) I think. I got her about a week ago very nice and likes to be handled,hard to get it to go back in the cage:) I was told it was a texas blond? if I'm wrong about its name sorry.

I'm not sure if it is a desert blond or not, but it is a very nice looking T., whatever it is.

I would say that is the T that you have but she is in need of a molt becuase of the color loss search the web and look at pics of fresh molted ones and you will see why she needs a molt.


Very nice T thought I wish the one that I had was that big.

I think it is getting ready to molt it wont eat and it rump is kind of dark.
