Excellent choices  Avics are my favourites.

Your first one isnt Avic purpurea though. Did you buy it as such or was it sp. "peru purple"?

Well, the night before I dropped a feeder lateralis roach and it lunged on the poor thing. I guess it will take a few more weeks before it molts...

I have 2 a. sp. peru purples at that size and one molted last night. from what I have seen, they seem to be a little bit slower growing than my other avics. congrats on the new additions. cant wait for mine today :p

Thanks protectyaaneck. This morning they both refused their meals. noticed the butts a bit shiny too. I guess I will be looking forward to molting slings in a few days.

@kupo969 - not sure. The slings came in them already. I will ask the seller, though.
