New Puppy

I got a new puppy today....someone dropped him off at the pet shop and he came home with me this afternoon. Can't be too much older than 8wks, he looks like a cross between a golden retriever and something. I'm such a sucker for cute faces :

Yeah, but I'm sure he wishes that my black lab would leave him alone. I thought Shadow would be jealous of a new dog, but he's been overprotective more than anything. Poor puppy can't even eat without being supervised by my lab. It's so cute seeing my 75lb dog try to play with a puppy that doesn't even come up to his knees. I even caught them sleeping together earlier...my older dog, however isn't very enthusiastic about the puppy. He's old and hyper puppies just don't get along with him, lol. On another note, the pup doesn't make much noise, and doesn't play bite much. He seems to be serious in nature, and easily frightened, but he's coming around. I need to think of a name now. That's the hard part.

Thanks for the suggestions....I'm still mulling it over, he needs the perfect name after all I like Angel, but he's definately not one, he looks cute, but he terrorizes my black lab
