T blondi (Goliath Birdeater) It's just a little fellow now but wait til it grows up

Nhandu chromatus (Brazilian Red & White)
You can't imagine how hard it has been to get a picture of this spider. It darts into its burrow with only the slightest disturbance.

Here is a pic I managed to get before it shot down the burrow.

P murinus (Usumbara Orange)
It didn't try to bite me this time. What's the world comin' to

Very nice Brian. My Nhandus are flighty too, pick up the cage and down the burrow they go. Nice looking little Goliath, they grow fast, and beautiful pics of the OBT, really nice close up! :D

Thanx Mike. I really wish the T blondi would get to growing. I am sure it will in time ;)

LOL yeah the skittish chromatus. I've "trained" mine to stay out by a few knocks on the enclosure, meaning that I'll open the top and it's goody raining time... although sometimes it's just a (camera) flash from above, not a meal.

When I got my little one, who is now around 4"LS, it would get really fat and then go into very long premolts at least more than I would expect for a sling of this species. When it did molt though, it would get huge each time.
