Yeah, I probably have issues; up to four pacs now, yeesh! Anyways, I adopted this cool looking little bloke "Fen" from a fellow on FatFrogs who had rescued him/her. My other pac tanks are very unattractive, and I wanted to do something I could display for a change. So, with some helpful tips from stevetastic ( :worship: ) I tried my hand at a 3-d background for once! It's very amateur, I know, but I'm hoping to improve with future tanks. Also: this isn't 100% complete; I want to replace that blue paper with something more attractive, just couldn't justify keeping the frog in that miserable kk any more!

((Before anyone becomes concerned: the fine gravel on the slope is siliconed in place, and the large river rocks are pretty big to swallow, plus I tong feed exclusively))

And hell, just for fun, here's my other pacs, because they look adorable hanging out of their burrows to eat:

Fetus

Gulo

Maloris (deformed, obviously)

Looks to me like you did a pretty good job of it! It looks cool and naturalistic. The blue paper does not look bad, it provides some contrast.
Oh, and I've seen pictures of your frog with mouth issues before, over at Fat Frogs, I believe. Kudos for taking care of the little guy!

Anyway, I'm not that creative, I resorted to simply putting in a pot of pothos and camouflaging it with strips of tree bark. There are a couple of those arrow-shaped leaf plants at the base of the pot too, but they are hard to discern from the pothos in the photo.
If I can find one, I plan on attaching an air plant to the bark. So far I've seen no mold issues with the bark or the piece of driftwood, only normal decomposition. I keep an eye on it and check during spot cleanings.

Some people do not decorate their pacman tanks because the frogs tend to uproot stuff. But in my opinion, tank decor is half the fun. I've posted pictures of it before, but here is my tank as of today. Yeah, there's a frog in there somewhere! I can't decide if I have a frog vivarium decorated with live plants or a terrarium decorated with a live frog!
Some of that pothos is going to have to go pretty soon. Probably this spring during the next complete change-out.

Alright, that's it, you guys have been messing with me long enough with your "NEW PACMAN FROG!" threads. I'm going have to get myself one of these guys now.

Go for it! Mine is the only amphibian I've tried, but it has been one of the easiest critters to take care of that I've ever had (Knock wood!). After the frog itself, ($24.99) the most expensive item in my set-up is that Fluker temperature/ humidity gauge. Add a few bucks for some substrate and you are good to go. Oh, and of course an enclosure of some kind. There are a few odds and ends to consider, such as heating and lighting, but beyond that, the overhead is mainly food.
