New Jumper

I recently caught another jumper that I thought was an adolescent or baby version of a jumper I already have. I thought perhaps I had another peppered jumper, but this one is much lighter and has different markings and my insect app is calling it a white-jawed jumping spider. Still trying to get a better pic if my camera will cooperate. Again, I live in western NC. The last picture is after it caught a fruit fly and was on the side of the cup. Anyone have any ideas on id? Thanks again.

It is within genus Hentzia. Specifically Hentzia palmarum or Hentzia mitrata. The females/juveniles are hard to differentiate. What is the size of this one? Female adult H. palmarum are usually around 6mm, and H. mitrata adult females around 5mm. Yours in particular, I am leaning H. mitrata. But I just got back from having my wisdom teeth removed, so I will examine more later.

She's pretty small. The first picture is the cup she's in. It's only about 3 inches tall. She's near the top of the leaf. The second pic is, hopefully, a slightly better pic of her lol. Saying "she" because in the blurry underside pic previously shared, it looks like she has an epigynum. I could be wrong, though. lol

I agree that it does appear to be female. And that probably is an epigynum, so if that’s correct, it’s an adult female. The patterns and color overall match H. mitrata better.
Does she have small black stripes on her pedipalps?

Not that I can see, but I have a hard time getting a good look at her front.

Update: Here are some more pics. I still have a hard time getting my camera to focus and the pictures to be clear. Let me know if these help.

Are these pics any better?
