I have had both the male and female(parents) since 2000. She just got big enough this year to breed her. If by "handling" you mean if they ride a hook or not, then yes, they are fairly easy on a hook. I never free handle anything hot. That is just asking for trouble and while these two ride hooks, their temperments are too nervous for anyone to free handle. I had to force feed the male parent for over 2 years before he finally accepted f/t rodents on his own and while I had his head pinned down during feeding, he would most willingly squirt his yellow venom all over the place. BTW, I left this pic of the father so you could compare both colorations of the parents.

By handling I meant free handling, but I was joking. I would never handle anything hot either. They are beautiful snakes congrats.
