Hello,
I am new to the hobby. I just received my very tiny Eresus Walckenaeri sling yesterday. I have her set up in a spice jar with Coco fiber and some moss. I tried feeding her a couple tiny fruit flies and she was not interested, so I took her out of her spice jar enclosure and put her in a deli cup with 2 fruit flies. She just went the opposite direction of the flies. So........I put her back in the jar and here I am. Can someone offer some advice as it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 😊

Probably not hungry at this time. Spiders dont have to eat everyday, they can go weeks without food.

Don’t move her any more. Constantly rehousing causes crazy stress. Let it settle in lay down some webs. At such a small size they will feed off dead prey

Thank you for your reply. I guess I shouldn't freak out. I will give her some time to get comfortable in her new home. I appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. ☺

Thank you. I will leave her alone. I appreciate being here and being able to get advice.
