Today I Got a Nice little Female, and Male.

Sadly after checking them over I realized The Males Tail was crooked. And Because I do plan on breeding once the female gets big enough (She's only 22 grams right now She's got to get all Fat! :) ) I Don't really want to chance it on his crooked tail so I'll have to bring him back tomorrow and see some of their other males. (Poor Guy :( )

But on a Brighter Note the female is really pretty! She in her 20 gallon right now.
Here's some pictures of her.
Under her chin it's really peach reddish. That's called a blush right? I don't have a name for her yet.

Now for the Pictures!

This one isn't the greatest pic but it kinda shows her reddish chin.

A crooked tail could mean many things like

The beginning of MBD That is caused from lack of Calcuim.
It could Be fatal If it were to get a lot worse and if he developed a lot more signs of it.

I guess it could be genetic, Honestly I don't know,
But My Gargoyle has a kink in the middle of his spine, I was Told that breeding Him/Her wouldn't be a good idea. (Never planed on breed him anyways :) )

I feel Like there is something else that could cause it but for some reason I can't think of it.

Basically I decided it would be safer to get a gecko I knew was 100% healthy sense, like i said, I plan on breeding them once she's the right size.

true i just ask because a few years back someone offered me a baby candycane corn for free because of a slightly kinked spine and i was wondering about why it made the snake worthless

Well Today I went back to the pet store and had a good day. we returned the male, and Found a new one, It was hard though. 3-4 Crested Gecko Males had a crooked tail. (The one I was returning being the worst, He was also the biggest) So I picked out the one with the straight tail. He's cute. I can't wait 'till she's Big enough to see what the hatchings look like.:D

Well Here some Pictures of him, What Kind of Morphs Would You say he is? (I'm not to good with knowing what morph is what.)
He's really Shy, So It was hard to get a picture of him. He weighs 18/19 grams

Here are some better Pictures of the Female. She's not shy at all she's always out in the open and had no problems coming out this morning. I wanted to give her one last check over just to be sure every thing was good...and then she bit me.
