I got my little guy in the mail today :) He's eating as we speak. I tried to snap a few good pics and this is what I've come up with so far, I'll try to get more soon. My Seemanni also molted a few weeks ago but no photo ops yet.

Oh the Fasciatum is just over an inch.

yours seems to have a nice sized abdomen, they seem to have pretty tiny abdomens compared to some other t's.

He ate that mealworm in my pic right after the shot so it's even a little bigger now.

My chaco's going on a diet. He looks like a tick about to pop.

caught the little one hanging out after finishing some webbing so figured I would try and get some pics. Lighting wasn't the best to work with since its 10 pm, not to mention shooting through a glass jar but here is what i came up with.

These two show the webbing mostly

The best i could do because of the glass..

I want to try and get some pic of it without shooting through glass, and upright, the abdomen has put on some nice size since i got it a few weeks ago (small abdomen in the first post)

thanks :) So far I'm quite impressed by him/her. Was quite the fiesty eater when I first got it a few weeks ago, and fattened up quite a bit so I've held off a little haha. She seems to be webbing up around that leaf, and there is a little wood stump right under it that is completely covered. At the same times she has moved some of the dirt from along the glass, making that area a bit deeper than the rest of the jar. I hope she keeps up with this and makes a hide along the glass, half in the ground, with a webbed 'ceiling' :)

yeah, I had a seperate thread right before i got this guy and had addressed that, this thread was just for the pics. I see people calling it all different things so I'm sticking to this for now :p, apparently it might not stick? though that can be left for another thread haha..

Took some more pics today, since he was sitting where i could take of the lid and take some pics without having to shoot through glass, the lighting wasnt the best again though, had to rely on flash.

Wow, that really is a beautiful spider. My girlfriend is going to kill me when I tell her that I've got another addition to my tarantula wish list.
