Look what the stork left us this morning :D Now this is what I call an anniversary present!

I am in the process of finding homes for a herd of range horses. We fell in love with this old girl and decided to keep her. I knew she was very, very pregnant but did not realize how very very pregnant. Baby is about 6 hours old in this picture.

Thank you :D

Immortal sin: Nope, no mustangs this time. The mare in the picture is a halflinger. The herd I am working on getting homes for is a very mixed bunch and I mean that in the extreme. Halflinger paint cross, arab cross with half halflinger foal. I have a real mess to sort out, but at least most of them are young and curious and should have no trouble settling in to a new home.

You don't work with Premarin horses do you?
Where do your herds come from? What type of work do you do?
(I'm fascinated!)

Oh I am afraid it is nothing like that, I am just doing a bit of rescue work. Its a long and sordid tale but you can PM me if you want to know more.
