I had a nice delivery today at school - my GBB that I've been waiting for! The weather finally warmed up enough for it to get shipped! It arrived alive and lively and seemingly happy! It's teensy - no striping on the abdomen yet, and certainly no hint of colors. How fast do these guys grow? I'm naming this one Picasso because of the colors when it's an adult. I got a cute little (teenier even!) freebie surprise, but I have to admit, I have NO idea what species. But it's cute and it's alive and it's all mine

I got a GBB in 2004 when it was just a little speck of nothing. Now she is a big ole fat adult. So about that long. Depending on how much/little you feed it. I fed mine 3 times a month or so. (Im extremely lazy)

She makes me itch really bad.. I think Im gunna sell her...

As noted in my post "I'm an idiot" - It turns out I wasn't looking at the GBB - it was further down in the box (DOH). So - it DOES have the darling tiger stripes and black toes. I'll get a picture when it gets settled in and fed. I think the other was a G. rosea - it says G. r on the lid. Not sure about #3
