Hi Vincent,

It will be one of Tegenaria duellica, T. domestica, T. saeva, T. atrica, T. agrestis, T. silvestris, T. picta, or T. ferriginea! Unfortunately without a Tegenaria key and a microscope or good lens you won't be able to tell which one. They are nice spiders though, i've been getting some huge mature males wandering round my house recently.
