need info on where to get acl braces for dogs

my sister's dog hurt his leg and the vet said something about an acl tear. she got told there is somebody in colorado springs that makes braces for dogs, but can't find out where and who. does anybody here by any chance know?

or maby where we could get acl braces for a big dog?
i found a site but it won't let me access it.
