Need Help ID-ing Scorpion From Perú

Hi all, can anyone help ID the scorpion in the attached photos, as well as it's medical significance? It was found in Santa Eulalia in the Huarochiri province, Lima, Perú.

I know very little about scorpions, and need to learn to identify the different types I might find here in the central desert, just East of Lima. From what little I do know, a sting from this one might have sent me to the hospital. Your thoughts?

It's hard to see some of the features that would make me sure, but if I had to guess based on location and what I can see I'd say it's a Hadruroides sp. I know for certain it is not a Buthidae, so it is not medically significant.
