My Trantula is one year old she is upside down in the corner of her encloser she is completly not moving. Is is possible she has died trying to molt. Her legs are not curled up and she is not moving, but my gf opened up her lid so she might have disturbed her??? She hasnt broken her shell she is completly in-tact. Is there anything I can do or should I wait? She is a burrower but has not had the chance to complete her hole before shedding. We just woke up and only realised she was upside down so we do not know how long she has been that way. She is very slowly moving just checked

Any help would be appreciated

Just leave her be. Either she will molt or start stinking from decaying.

Eh. I hate common names.

Was also pulling an incei and rufilata sac, hehe.

On topic:

I figured it was molting, as others said. When you (the OP) started talking about the substrate being moist and the humidity being high, it made me curious as to what species it was.

Dam 8h to shed. i dont know how long she was upside down for but im guessing around 2h to shed... Vivina (my Aussie Goliath) is now the right way up on top of her shedding cant c too well i think she may have lost a leg or two cant tell to well atm but im happy that she is ok..

Do Ts eat their sheding or just move them out the way or tear them up and web them to the ground??

I think that depends on the T. Some might munch on it. Some might use it in their burrow construction. Some might just ignore it. Take it out if the T will let you.
