need an id

allright so now i guess i am known as the spider guy officially in my town.
a customer brought me an odd find he found when cleaning out his gutters.
and of course brought it to me.
okay i have been nuts about spiders since i was a kid and have never seen this local.
i have a guess at what it is,but know there are alot of people far more knowledgable than me,and would love a proper id.
heres a few pics...


very good looking spider,wonder why i haven't seen them before.
and this was caught right in downtown rockford in a very populated area.
any help appreciated

A. trifolium maybe , shamrock orb or marbled orb

This time of year they are ALL gravid and yes that is a color varient of trifolium

looks nearly, if not, IDENTACLE to Araneus iviei, but i'm not sure it's range goes so far south

i agree with you bobtard.thanks,it does look exactly like those.
and no i was being lazy and typing with one hand not on a cell.(i actually had my one year old on my lap)and was much easier to type that way.

Man my bad

I was wrong on the id , so with that being said I went out today and collected a few trifoleum's or shamrocks....Ine is called the alba form by a few folks up here and the others are common white ones

very odd this year...it is so dry up here...all the shamrocks should be fat like the first two ...here are a couple more colors...still no black one yet this year
