Need a background for your vivarium?
I decided to put my G. rosea in fancier digs today, as I had an empty 5 gallon tank sitting around. So I wanted something eye-pleasing for a background and decided to try googling "printable terrarium backgrounds". I didn't have much luck with that and of course when I removed "printable" from the search, I got a lot of hits for places where I could buy them. So, I refined the search by changing it to "free terrarium backgrounds" and managed to find a site with a fairly decent selection. I thought someone here might find the site useful also. So here it is.
The most varieties will be found in the "Desert" and the "Woodland" sections. Those are the ones most likely to appeal to the majority here anyway, I'd imagine. The "Bog" section doesn't seem to work, though.
I just printed the one I chose onto a sheet of glossy photo paper, but I think a more permanent solution would be to place it between a couple of pieces of clear contact paper or maybe have it laminated.
