i know people hate when someone asks for an ID without a picture, but i have to ask.
i found 2 small (3-4" ?) baby snakes in the junipers we were digging up today. i'd seen a few earlier this summer, but they were always dead (typically from cooking under our trash can outside). they're a solid olive-gray color with very little distinction from head to neck (aka, more like a kenyan boa than a corn snake). i believe the underside was a solid cream color. there were no obvious banding, spots, or other markings.
anyway, sorry for the lack of pictures, but i let them go immediately because my parents were there and i was trying to appease them by not taking in more animals.
