A 10 gallon tank is actually too big for a H. lividum. You are better off getting something that is tall rather than providing a lot of surface area. An enclosure that is 12" L x 12" W x 12" H is more than enough space. You could go a little deeper if you want, but you really don't need it to be as long as a 10 gallon tank.pimpin_posey said:substrate is bout 4-5 in. right now enough for her to hide herself well. this is jus a temp until i get my 10 gallon tank.
