I think it's a carpet beetle larva but can anyone confirm? It's a trash photo I have an old iPhone so sorry bout that.

Well I can't tell you for sure that it's a carpet beetle larva, but I can tell you that if you took a blurry photo of a carpet beetle larva, it would look like that photo.

It's a dermestid for sure. I don't know my beetles well though.

Yes, that's a carpet beetle larva. It appears to be one of the Anthrenus - probably Anthrenus verbasci.
