Well we just picked up our first T's last night! We got a larger female
G. aureostriata like we planned and also came home with a B. albopilosum. Not sure of the sex of this one though. Here are some pictures.

Beautiful. I saw one in the pet store last week looks very simular to your golden knee. They did not seem to know what type of T it was

Thanks everyone,
I'm not sure the size of them but when they settle in a little more we'll measure. I want to say he said the golden knee was 5 or 6" and the curly is probably 3.5-4". I hope the curlyhair is a female but he couldn't tell 100%.
We didn't intend on getting the curlyhair. I've heard alot about the golden knee's but not the curlyhairs. What do you all think about curlyhairs?

Congrats on the nice looking Ts! You can't go wrong with your choices for first Ts. I have a good sized female curly that is an awesome T. She is very impressive to those who haven't seen many Ts. I think they are under-rated because of being so common in the hobby but a large female in good condition is still a beautiful sight.

Very nice T's you got there! Congrats!!! (WHAT? Only 2? You said you're gonna get 7!!! You promised!! {D )

I'd love to get an albopilosum one day! Said to be very docile and hardy, actually both you got there! Yeah, so it begins... talk again after a year, let's see how many you have then :D

As said, congrats and welcome to the addiction! :)

Congrats! One of our more recent acquisitions was a large female G. aureostriata (as well as two juvenile curly hairs). She is an amazing T!

Great pictures...keep them coming (as your collection will grow, I'm sure).
