My yellow jacket

Found this lil yellow jacket outside in the cold. Bringing it in and keeping it until it gets warmed up and then I'm letting it go

This is male so he is going to die soon anyway.
And if it was queen, bringing her to warm would only disrupt her metabolism and lower her probability of surviving winter.

I had one of those fly into my helmet one day while riding to work, got stuck between my cheek and the helmet cushion. He wasn’t happy, and consequently neither was I.
