My wolf spider egg sac is not hatching!

It has been 4 weeks and the egg sac has not hatched. Does this mean the egg sac is infertile?

do you just have the sack? i think the mother has to open it, not 100% sure about this though

No, the sac is attached to the mother's abdomen. She just sometimes cleans it, but no sign of her ripping it open.

It’s probably not 4 weeks on the dot lol, give it it some time

The internet is always 100% accurate and animals definitely stick always to precise timelines
Give it a little more time

Okay. She just won't get out of her burrow either. She just buried herself and the egg sac under, but I can still see through the side of the enclosure.

Less is what i'd say, 2-4 weeks. Anyways, nothing wrong with waiting for Week 6.

Hi, did the egg sac eventually hatch? I'm at week 4 and I'm doing the mother hen freaking out bc it hasn't been opened yet right now lol
