So it has been a few days after the wolf spider egg sac hatched, and the babies were all on the mother's back, until two days ago. I fed the mother a large fly and the fly suddenly pushed the mother a little bit knocking 3-4 babies off her back. The mother eventually ate the fly, but the slings that fell off wasn't able to climb back on their mother. I tried even making the slings glide down with their silk onto the mother's back. Now today, there are 10 or more of the slings wandering around the enclosure. Did I do something wrong?

If they are able to walk there is no problem as they technically no longer need there mother and should be fine.
My only suggestion is that next time you simply feed her pre killed prey items so there is no fight that might result in the baby's falling off.
