I discovered this morning that the Female Damon Diadema I have had for 5 years is pregnant. the eggs are clearly visible. Are they Parthenogenic? Any advice appreciated, to make the process as comfortable as possible for her and her future offspring (perhaps?) Thanks!

There is currently no record of parthenogenesis in any member of Phrynichidae.
What you are seeing are developing oocytes (eggs cells) in the body of the female, which is normal. If they continue to develop she might produce an egg sac but it will not develop further, and eventually it will be discarded.
but... if you have access to a male D. diadema you can take advantage of this and pair her.

Thanks! I wasn't planning on raising a family (so to speak) so that's good to know.
