Hey guys check out what good diet and proper care can do for your sticks.
These guys are H. Dilatatas and E. Calcaratas fed primarily Bramble and Fresh Guava leaves. They grew faster than expected and are taking over.
Now for those who remember me advertising the Horrida... They were taken as it turns out someone narked me out and told on me, BUt its ok no hard feeling Iam still here and i still have a few of my babies. They ma not be the Horrida but with the fresh goodies i am feeding them they will be BIG.

SIncerely

The first specimen looks like E. calcarata PSG 44 from Indonesia ('normal' E. calcarta has number PSG 23 and can be found in New Guinea).
You shouldn't keep them together - very possible crossbreeding.

Yes, this diet is the best. But in winter I can only use oak.

Where do you get guava leaves? My H.dilitata are doing just fine on bramble and nothing else.

Guava Leaves

You would have to obtain a tree from a nursery, I grow the Pineapple guava and my sticks love it, and not to mention that they do not drop their leaves so a food source all year long...

Sorry to hear that about your horrida. Makes me strangley appreciative of the cold here.

I've just got some Extatosoma tiataum eggs (off of e-bay no less) and I'm looking forward to seeing these little guys again.
