b. smithi, around 1 cm or so..
i used my mobile phone for size reference

and my b.albo, around an inch, my source says its pre molt, can we confirm it?

any tips?

I see no indicators of pre-molt. Your 'Source' probably thought that the Ts urticating hair patch was a darkened abdomen.

Well it mey be in early premolt... if the abdomen stays swollen like that and gets darker then yes it is in premolt.

Nice setup but you might want to add some more substrate. You want to so your B.smithi doesn't climb and fall then lose another leg or worse.
