I don't think there are any arachnids that are illegal to own in Canada aside from a few eastern cities that are trying to restrict ownership, and all except for the last are fairly easy to source (though the orbweavers need a ton of space to create their webs.).

Well nearly all of arachnida is illegal in manitoba
