My P Trans just nabbed a house fly..

And as I shared the story, someone told me that their T ate a housefly and died the next day..

I'm no longer excited about how cool it was to see it nab the fly as it sat on the inside of it's tank (I had the lid open for some rearranging)..

Now just worried it's going to croak.. Thoughts?

I had a male L. quinquestriatus that ate all manner of flying insects with no ill effects. I wouldn't worry much unless there is a lot of pesticide/chemicals used in your immediate area.

I wouldn't worry either. I feed both my Ts and scorps wild caught food and haven't had any problems.

he IS in new jersey ya know haha

but i wouldnt worry about it getting sick or dying
