One of my favorite Brachys..

She's been a tad sluggish although Brandon tells me she was quite feisty.. so I'd say she's in premolt, even though its early for that........

according to her last documented molt (told to me by Brandon), she definitely isn't due.. but her running from crickets, extremely sluggish behavior, and that bald patch is what made me think so. I mean she's acting like its a huge task just to rotate or lift herself... but yea I agree... she doesn't look like she's in pre-molt.. she isn' dull or anything... maybe she's just a crazy-kicker.. haha..

I agree, she doesn't look like she's in pre-molt at all. My guess is that she's just shy and trying to get used to her new home. Just make sure she's well hydrated and make the food easier to catch.

Overnight her bald bottom went from flesh colored to black and today after a week or so, she's on her back. I'm happy! She's going to be bigger and more beautiful. It was exciting I even saw her flip, I stayed watching when I saw her flicking hairs @ the molt-mat she was making earlier...

Here are some pics... I deleted by mistake the ones of right before,
but I have during, after, and the day after the molt.
I even got the groovy pokie-stance ones on camera-
and some other groovy poses she'd stay in for hours...
very cool.. she was working out the new exo

last one, she decided to get up on the
wall of her home after her yoga....

my I can't wait for her to start eating again!
She was sluggish and pre-moltish since I got her!
