Yeah, I really went all out on this one, All the plants are live. I plan on breeding her eventually so I wanted to make her feel at home. :)

Hats off, sweet set-up. If I were only keeping a few, I'd have set-ups like that.

Really cool T Mark :)

Also you did well on giving her plenty of substrate, I wouldnt be surprised if soon she start refornituring and moving dirt around, including messing with the water dish {D
Normally younger Geniculatas do so, but adults too.

Feed her up! Its so cool!

I forgot to ask, what substrate did you use? And what species of plant is that?

She likes the pe-made burrow I made, she went in there to take a look around. Maybe tonight she will dig it out a little more, it can go deeper if she wants.

I fed her a cricket an hour after I got her, she tackled it like it owed her money!

The sub is 6 parts peat/1 part sand/ 1 part topsoil.

The plant is a fern that is of the "Fluffy ruffles" cultivar, the moss is local forest moss.

And yes Fran, the tank is a 20 gallon "long". ;)

With time she will re arange the burrow a bit, im sure :)

Of course feeding is very personal. I love to feed them up as much as they want, then after some days not feeding, will feed again. You know, they get really thick and stocky, and to me they are gorgeous that way :)

Wow, very nice! That's a big tank! I have an empty 20gL.. hmmm... haha

I agree with Pig... I would have crazy cool set ups like that if I just had a handful!

I only plan on having 12 or so Ts, so I figure that I'll have room to keep a couple more pimped-out cages. I can only use live plants if the enclosure has a light fixture and my electric bill is too high already, so I'll have to keep the number of planted tanks to a minimum.

You may want to think about starting a discoid colony. ;P

Seriously, I just fed her an adult discoid a few days ago! lol
