I got a 2" L.parahybana last week. I gave her half a coconut shell, with an entrance hole in it for a hide. She plugged the entrance hole up with coir, and then burrowed a new exit out the back way. The shell is in the far back corner, so to get out, she needs to go under the shell to the back door, and crawl over the shell to get to the rest of her critter keeper, which includes her water dish.

My smithi did the exact same thing, except mine is just a piece of corkbark.
She has to crawl up against the glass and contort into an L shape just to get in.

She's pretty sure predators won't find her that way! lol

I love watching a T decorate and rearrange a new tank

That's just what our B. vagans did except he/she left some space at the entrance to lie in wait for a cricket taking a walk. There's a pic under the "Concern about my hide" thread.
