She is vicious, she will charge you on her back legs and try to kill you..I have seen baboons do a threat display but this one will run at you when you walk by her tank.

first i must say she is a beautiful one!, 2nd thanks Rydog you took the word right out of my mouth and 3rd mine doesn't charge at me but when i went into my king baboons cage for maintenance (trying to get out an uneaten roach) she just started hissing and biting at air

yeah, the camera did take a blurry picture...probaly because I had to shoot it so fast . This K.B is crazy..plain crazy.

She is lovely!!!!! I bet she is going to keep you on your toes!! Right now mine are little babies, so they aren't nasty yet, but I'm waiting..........

her back legs are huge, she charges at you running on them....she looks like one of those lizards that run on water...today I was pouring water in her dish and she flew out of her den wich is under ground 15" and was striking the water.

If you guys want to see her huge enclosure go to tarantula discussion its under the thread "new king baboon/haitian brown enclosure" some pretty good picks for you to see.

Awesome Crawshayi, and they are mean have fun watching it grow they suposed to get big. Mine was just a juvi when he passed, so I didn't get to see the size of it.

She is awsome,this might sound crazy but I drove 200 miles to get her,she just looks different than the rest I have seen, next is t-blondi...I also want a scarlet bird-eater...any thoughts on them?

I saw the male/female of mine the female was 9 3/4" ,she was huge..I thought baboons only got 8"...man she was impressive...legs as big around as my thumb.

my T. blondi is a doll baby but she kicks hairs and from what ive read scarlet bird eaters i guess you meen lasiodoria sp. when they get big they will mistake your hand for food from what i have read

You gotta love the giants..there are so impressive.
