Got a new cat today. He is 6 weeks old. No name yet, any idea?

Oh, he is adorable!!!!!!!!! I just love kittens so much. Isn't it fun picking out a name! I have an all black cat named "Smokie". Do you want a traditional "black cate" name like "Midnight' or "Cinder" or something that reflects his personality like "Troubles" or ? Or something sweet like "Cuddles" or "Precious"? Think of a category first, that helps. Have fun!

He is doing very good. He was afraid of me at first but now when I walk in the romm he waddles over towards me, lol. He is even starting to use the litter box already!

Poe would be a neat name.

I want it to be something unique, but im not very creative, lol.

Lol, yea. There is a strict rule of no pets in the T room. For good reasons of course.

He is sitting behind me on the computer chair and he blends in with the black leather.

I like Charcoal or spelled differently like Charkole. Poe is good, one syllable. Imagine what it would sound like calling him. Poe, Poe, Poe........might sound funny!

I have a black cat named Po.. well its Potoadleon.. because we couldnt decide between Poseidon Toad or Nepoleon... We call him Po for short.
Hes a HUGE kitty.. he is 9 months old and weighs 12 lbs already!!!

Poe would be fitting because Edgar Allan Poe wrote dark fiction, the cat is dark, black cats are associated with superstition..And the cat clearly likes literature..You get the connection.

Or Bookworm would be cute. You could call him Bookie for short.

Yep, Poe it is. I let him explore the house and he just went nuts. He was running, actually running from room to room. Lets face, there are few things cuter than kittens.

He's 4 years old now but I managed to adopt a Himalayan/Siamese mix. He was abandoned and because he was the only one I think he was left because he was an obvious runt. Now, he's either 13 or 14 lbs. The smallest he's been during summer was 12 lbs. And though he has a lil chub ( he's definetely not a slinky Siamese) he's not that fat, just a hefty, muscular kitty . He has the size to be a top alley cat but flees at the drop of a pin *sigh*

LOL...i also just found a kitten under my bath tuba mother must have abadoned it under there because by the time I found it it was weak and very skinny..WEl James Came to name this Cat "Satrvin Marvin" and since then it has recovered quite well and is very fat...
