My new (bought it 3 weeks ago) adult c versicolor has sealed itself in its burrow/den and hasnt come out in 2 weeks

My adult female c versicolor has sort of blocked the entrance to its den recently, it ate once since I bought her and I'm just wondering if I should leave her be or should I be concerned ,is this normal behaviour ?

Probably normal. My girl only peeks her toes/face out, very rarely leaves her web tube except when she goes looking for a drink of water. Seconding enclosure pics so we can troubleshoot just to be sure.

You need good cross ventilation, can't see what your enclosure has. Mostly dry sub, water bowl for humidity. I use a syringe to drip a few drops of water on the webbing for drinking once or twice a week. Hiding is normal, spiders like their nest and will spend most of their time in it.

I keep her in a habistat ,it has cross ventilation in the door ,the set up it was in previously was similar to what I have currently.
Thanks a lot for the advice I really appreciate it

Also, what size is the tarantula?
About 5-6 inches she's fully grown

Hmm. The enclosure just looks pretty small from the pics, I can't really tell. About what size is the enclosure?

Alright now I see it. Sucks she made her web there, you probably won't get to see her much unless she expands her webbing to the plant pot on the right.

Yeah I didn't realise the mistake I made putting the cork bark in the bottom left corner but I'd say as long as she's comfortable there it's fine

Yea, plus when she's hungry she will be peeking out of the web so not a total loss. May even wander to her water dish like I see all of my Avics/Caribena do.

If you add a little more clutter/ leafy anchor points up high, she may expand her web tube up out of the corner more.

Yeah occasionally I see her working on her web and that brings me enough joy ,this has definitely taken a lot of stress of me thanks a ton

That's actually a really good idea ,I'll try and get my hands on some stuff to place around there
