View attachment 93779 ordered this guy a while back...finally got him in yesterday and went and picked him up...red saharan uromastyx...im pretty sure it is male by the coloring and some small hemipenal bulges..so far his name is Nigel..he is about 6", and so far super sweet, has gotten a little more skidish from being rehomed, but im sure will calm down and have a very awesome personality...i have always wanted one and always talked about getting one, well i finally did...anyone else keeping these guys? what you all think?

Wish I still had my 4 foot green iguana but sadly I had to rehome him when i moved.
now I have a 4'11" corn snake and a 3'9" ball python but am getting a burm soon and hopfully a suriname red tail

thanks...thats cool..i used to have a lot of iguanas had a 4 footer too, but he was the meanest thing ive ever seen, and so were all the other ones....ive gotten completely away from those, never gonna do that again, way too much work and too mean...i really really want a frilled lizard, but again it will probably just get mean...i do like burms a little, and always thought it would be cool to get a retic, but those are also a meaner species, and too big..

That's a sweet looking critter!! Gotta read up, I know nothing about that kind of lizard... I absolutely love the tail on yours! The coloring is so beautiful!!
