I bought a 30gal. Rubbermaid plastic container today and made an enclosure for my B. dubia's that should be arriving tomorrow. It is nothing special but it gets the job done. Here are a few pictures of the finished product:

Looks good, I've got a container about the same size, although not as high, for my dubias, I think I have almost 400 in there now. Do you have anything to heat them? I put some heat cable on the bottom and it warms them just enough to let them breed like crazy.

Looks good, roaches are neat. I started with dubias and now have a few pet species because I liked them so much. Enjoy your roaches.

I am going to put them in a storage room that is about 80-90°F. in the day and 70-80°F. at night.

This is the first time I have tried to breed roaches. I am currently feeding my inverts crickets, but I am tired of the smell and short lifespan of crickets, so I decided to give roaches a try.

You wont regret it, b dubia >>>>>>>>>crickets imo. Long lasting, not smelly, don't eat your T's, fun to keep as well.

I will still be using crickets as feeders for a while, :( until my roach colony starts pumping out nymphs. :D
