She is 5 inch legspan. . .pretty sure she is a she as i cud see the "slit" between the booklungs when she was up against the side of the tank. . bit of a hair kicker tho lol. . .but she is beautiful, had her today n fell in love already, should i still feed her crickets or go for something larger like locusts or pinkies? as crix seem a pretty puny meal up against her. . . at only 5inch can i be sure she is female???? but the slit does seem to be quite apparent but i couldnt get a gud shot of her underside with my puny phone camera :(. . .will try to get a decent shot tomorrow

You can feed her crickets.... just feed more of them. Her next molt could be a year away as she is nearing adulthood. That all depends on a lot of factors though. This species can get pretty large so it is difficult to say that it is a female just based on that. I had a male that was 5.5" and he wasn't mature yet.

I'm pretty sure she is a female as on inspecting her underside she appears to clearly have the "slit". . which is a kind of off white colour. . .i have compared her to other photos of confirmed white knee females on AB so i am pretty confident that its a female tbh

Nice genic. They're a fun species, to be sure. As for the sex question, males and females both have a sort of "slit" in that region, it's just females have a more pronounced one and the shape is usually a little different. Males often have a sort of black spot above that slit and/or some long coarse hairs. Ventrally sexing T's is not easy and each species has slightly different indicators. I'm still not very good at it myself... Crossing my fingers for you that she's female though.
