My Large Male Dovii. Awesome Blues !!!

This is my 13"-14" Male Dovii (wolf cichlid). Hes very aggressive, and tons of scars from him banging glass. There is no special lighting used, beside the regular fluorescent that came with tank.
The tank is 125gallon 6 feet long. This fish looks like a salt water, with 100x more aggressive.

I wont even waste money on having a female there. This fish will not tolerate tankmates, even plecos, will get shredded. He splashes water too all over, while trying to attack everyone that gets too close to tank.

Nice stuffman!! You know the reason its moving the gravel is because he is trying to put up a barrier between you and him lol.

Add some plants to that tank and keep it up! I wish I had room for a 125

Yeah, I reduced the gravels too. Because he would have the barrier so high, you wont be able to see him. I cant put any plants, unless I want it to float all over or get shredded.
Gravel and fish is all i can do for this beast. This one hates everyone, even the hand that feed him.:8o

He is really beautiful even if he does hate you. To bad you couldn't breed him, he would make lovely babies.

Update: Gravel just been changed to black so his colors are a bit washed out due to stress, but good thing I realized hes actual size is 15.5"-16" big tip to tip!!!
Notice the tank is 18"wide and hes couple inches short hitting both ends!!!
