My first sac!!!

I am so excited!!! I just got my first sac and it's with my B. smithi girl. I bred her on March 3rd, and she laid her sac 75 days later.

Sorry the pictures are blurry--I need a better camera to take macro shots with--and I didn't want to keep trying to take more because I don't want to disturb her.

WOW!! 75 Days after breeding sounds really fast for a B. smithi. You must be really lucky.

Do you have a temperature controlled room for your T's? What's your trick?

My smithi is the one girl I wish I was gravid but I am certain she is not. I'm only bummed because I bred her to my all time favorite T who matured last summer! I hope you get lots of slings!

My room is kept around 75 F degrees & 70% humidity; I was going to cool her down, but when my smithi started excavating, eating everything in sight, and looking gravid, I raised her heat instead.

I have several other gravid Ts as well, but my smithi was the first one I had bred.

So, we shall see what happens. Like you said, at least it will be a learning experience.
