my first happy dance!

I have been in the hobby for almost 2 years now and have 15 T's. Today I fed my Lasiodora parahybana sling and watched it "dance" after snatching its food. Very amusing!

Dionysus you did wait a long time! You were probably thinking that the Happy Dance was just a myth, like the Green Flash, and now you know that there really is such a thing. I've witnessed it twice, once with my G aureostriatum and one with my B smithi - and I'm with you, it's fun, and funny, to watch!

i watched my M. balfouri put her food down and dance. then she stopped, stared back at me, and slowly picked it back up to continue eating. i guess i made her self-conscious.

Tony77, 3 things ... 1) you wouldn't say that if you saw what my B smithi did (he marched about his enclosure, stopping periodically, balancing himself on his front and back 2 legs, and waving his middle four legs about like some pumped-up cheerleader; 2) you're denying our little friends credit for their amazing creativity; and 3) don't be such a kill-joy! ;P
