You need to upload the pictures from your computer onto some webspace.
Your Internet Service Provider (AOL or whoever) should provide you with free space to host images.

When you've uploaded the pictures, then put the address of the picture between the tags:

[img] [url]http://www.donsroom.co.uk/~lopez/MySpiders/Mugabe04[/url]

etc etc...without the spaces of course

Or you can just press on the browse button below use that. You don't need a host for this method, but you can only put one picture at a time though. Most people use this method anyway.

These are not the best quality pics. I'm using a digital cam-corder and plus it doesn't help that I have to lower the quality to fit them on here. You get the general idea though.
