So .... a little over three years ago February 2006 - I bought my first T. A little rosehair sling. A little before that I had googled "rose hair care sheet" and found these boards. I cannot recall if I joined before or after I acctually bought the T.

Now I have 29 Ts, representing 17 different spieces. I finally did a current photo album of them. Each T has at least 1 picture - though some are just easyer to photograph and have more.

Most of the pictures were taken Aug and Sept 2009. (there are a few pictures from last year of one spider).

My collection consists of:

I can't belive this. Over three days... almost 100 views and NO replys?

Ok I'm sorry but this bumms me out. I've had more feedback from the three co-workers I sent the link to who like spiders but don't have any then I got from people here.

Where is everyone?

did I do something wrong?

I'm willing to take out the underside pics and post them seperate if needed for that part.

I just hadn't been around in a while and I wanted to show everyone how much my collection has grown sence my first T 3 years ago.

Maybe you could help me out because I have a real boneheaded question. I can never figure out what the 0.0.1 and such means. I'm guessing that it's male, female, sling or something like that but not entirely sure. :8o

I wish I knew more about sexing, I would try to help you- but I am terrible with ventral sexing.

Sexing: (Note: I'm still learning so I may not be accurate)

A. versicolor, pics # 17, 18, 19: lookin' pretty female to me
B. boehmei, pics # 32, 33, 34: Leaning towards female, can't really tell (sorry) (truely a stunning btw )
B. boehmei, pic #36: couldn't tell ya, sorry.
B. boehmei, pics # 38, 39, 40, 41, 42: 100% female
B. smithi, pics # 54, 55: male would be my guess
B. vagans, pics # 63, 64: I think female, not 100% sure
C. cyaneopubescens, pic # 67: you're right, to much web, sorry (very pretty though!!!)
G. pulchripes, pics # 70, 71, 72: leaning towards female
G. rosea, pic # 87: couldn't tell, sorry (I have trouble with the dark ones, especially)

Those are my opinions, I don't know how accurate they are, I've been practicing, but I'm sure I've still got learning to do.

Well..... acctually I googled it right before I made the list up for a local board... So hopefully it's the same for t's as reptiles because that's the site I got it off of....

According to the site:

1.0.0 - male
0.1.0 - female
0.0.1 - unsexed (most of mine.)

so 0.0.3 - would be 3 unsexed.

Thanks so much! Unless somebody corrects you (and with the number of views on this thread you'd think somebody would if you're incorrect) I'm going to assume that you're correct.

I wish that I could help you with the sexing but I am horrible at that sort of thing.

There are a couple of people arond the boards that can do a visual sexing for you. joe from oasis can i think. Paul from pet center might be able to and possibly Robc. these prole are always willing to help and they know their stuff! Check them out, they are always online.
Are you thinking about aquiring any more?
