Hi guys, I'm just back...dead tired, went jungle trekking for bark scorps in PJ.
I'm in M'sia.
Wat i found was this Hadogenes look a like species tat is fat, flat and tiny. Will post pix after i wake up later...I'm burnt out going up hill
Hope tat u guys can help me id it.
Also found this tiny bug that looks like a scorpion...claws and legs and body...only problem is that it don't have a tail or stinger at all. Its about 1cm only...Is tat a scorpion ? Will post u the pics too.
While digging around we found a kind of roach...4 inches long and 1.5inch broad...looks bulky. Burrows a lot and is damn fast to catch.
The best part was we saw a Scolopendra sp. tat I'm not sure what it is...i must say that its the most beautiful specimen of centipedes tat i've seen.
It has a black head and tail end but the body is bright red...stunning. I was gonna get it but thought again as the substrate was not encouraging...too much leaf litter, thorns and twigs plus that bugger was damn fast...
Ok...for now, I'm dead tired...cya later
