ok heres a pic of my B.boehmei Saphira after a fresh molt. she is so not photogenic.

thanks!Nice, Ive been wanting one but they are so darn expensive for the size im comfortable with
I'm afraid to get a sling cuz they are so small and I dont want to end up killing itthanks!
i was intimidated by it's size it was 2 inches and is now around 3inches. and i got it for a reasonable price. so i couldn't pass it up. The only way to get comfortable with the size is go for it. i couldn't afford a larger one either. lol.
I was afraid of slings too! I bought 2 slings in sept. a.geniculata and the b.boehmei. it was easier than I thought lol.I'm afraid to get a sling cuz they are so small and I dont want to end up killing it

my B.boehmei is pretty docile yet (s)he hasn't flicked hairs at me yet. but i am waiting for that day. lolNice B.boehmei. I realize that they all have their own personalities but quite a few owners say they like to flick hairs, how is yours?
Thanks I can't wait till mine gets a little more color it is still pretty pale. but this molt added a little more so I guess it won't be longI was scared to get slings at first too, but they really aren't all that difficult. Just start with a relatively easy and inexpensive species to build confidence.
Nice B. Bohemi! My tiny sling just barely started showing color patterns (but very very pale still) in the last molt. I'm very excited for when it finally gets its adult colors. Congrats on the molt!
Thanks. i love both NW and OW i hope to one day own many many T's.b.boehmei is probably the only NW species I like. Nice spider.
