i was intimidated by it's size it was 2 inches and is now around 3inches. and i got it for a reasonable price. so i couldn't pass it up. The only way to get comfortable with the size is go for it. i couldn't afford a larger one either. lol.

I'm afraid to get a sling cuz they are so small and I dont want to end up killing it

I was afraid of slings too! I bought 2 slings in sept. a.geniculata and the b.boehmei. it was easier than I thought lol.

Nice B.boehmei. I realize that they all have their own personalities but quite a few owners say they like to flick hairs, how is yours?

I was scared to get slings at first too, but they really aren't all that difficult. Just start with a relatively easy and inexpensive species to build confidence.

Nice B. Bohemi! My tiny sling just barely started showing color patterns (but very very pale still) in the last molt. I'm very excited for when it finally gets its adult colors. Congrats on the molt!

Once a T. hits the two 2 inch mark its the same care as most adults. At this size they are far less fragile than when they are under an inch. At least that has been my experience.
