Here are some quick pictures I took today of my beloved fatties.
Sloppy Joe, my male Pyxie frog (P. adspersus), was living up to his name. His diet consists of about 10 dozen crickets a week, with a 2 week break every so often. Or roaches/crickets supplemented with a baby mouse or two about every month or so.
Corporal Beef, my female Ornate Horned Frog (C. ornata) is turning 3 years old at the end of this month (I was told she morphed on the first of october, so I count that as her b-day). She may be royally boring, but dag-nammit, she is pretty, and has a special place in my heart. Note the Certified Angus Beef sign next to her tank

Here's Slop sitting next to a .50 BMG cartridge for reference. .50 BMG is about 5 and a half inches from primer to tip of projectile. Slop is sitting around 8 inches.
And here's the soon to be birthday girl, Corporal Beef.
