That is the best thing ever! Don't you just love opening the little vials like Christmas presents?!? Did you count toes? Did you pace like an expectant mother while you waited for the postman?

Congratulations, hon!

Congrats on the versis! Beautiful beasties! :D I'm getting 4 C. marshalli slings tomorrow in the mail (it's like a dream come true), but I won't be home, so I'll have to wait till Friday to see them. :(

Ps. post pics asap!! :D

Pictures!

I paced most of today waiting for the postman to show up! Everytime I thought I heard a vehicle (and they are doing construction nearby, so its alot), I ran to the window. My kitties thought I was nuts when I vaulted them to get to the door when the bell rang! {D

Been taking a bunch of pictures, but managed to pick out some of the better ones...I need a good macro lens...hehe :D

The box arrived! Unpacking the cups:

Opening the cups to transfer the babies - I put everything inside a kritter keeper to help contain any escapees:

Versicolor slings! I love the blue!!! (The bottom right one was the only one that made a break for it in the kritter keeper - a slow stroll of an escape, just exploring. The carpet fibers under the floor look as big as the sling is!):

L. parahybana sling. I had to run to hobby lobby to get a cube and made the cage this afternoon. A bit of cork bark put in for a cave too. The substrate is a little deep perhaps, but it was the best size cube they had available for her there, so its what I grabbed. As she grows I'll be able to get her enclosures that aren't quite so filled with substrate, hehe! The white by the underground holes is a bit of condensation since the substrate was a little damp:

All of the new little kids are settling into their new homes. My big rosea girl has some new neighbors!:

Thats all for now, I'm sure I'll have more pictures to share in the future too! {D :D {D

I got them from Artin / MyNameIsYours on these boards.

I'm very excited to have them. 2 of the 3 versicolors have already made small webs that they are hanging out on, and the parahybana has dug out some of the substrate under it's hide and has put a bit of webbing up on the front of it as well. They were busy last night! :D
